Jennifer Gorman

Consultant

Jennifer is a Consultant at Strategen where she primarily focuses on serving industry, government, and nonprofit clients on a range of issues relating to grid planning and decarbonization, emerging technologies, and regulatory and policy innovation. She analyzes economic impacts, job creation, workforce development, and community benefits to inform just strategies for the clean energy transition. Her expertise includes clean hydrogen, long-duration energy storage, distributed energy resources, and performance-based ratemaking.

Prior to joining Strategen, Jennifer was a research affiliate at the Joint BioEnergy Institute (JBEI). She is passionate about climate change mitigation, sustainable energy solutions, and the intersection of public policy and engineering within the energy sector.

Jennifer has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
