As Business Operations Associate, Audrey optimizes the firm’s internal office systems, procedures and practices. Her expertise on efficiency and productivity has stemmed from more than two decades in office administration and more than five years specifically at management and strategy consulting firms. Prior to Strategen, Audrey was Business Operations Manager at Hope Consulting. She managed the monthly financial cycle and oversaw budget reviews for both the firm and consulting engagements. She was promoted from Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Audrey also has Management Consulting experience as Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Digital Media & Internet at Egon Zehnder International. Beyond consulting, Audrey offers experience from a spectrum of business models and industries, including Retail, Investment Banking, Architecture, Real Estate, and Personal Assistance for High-Net Worth Individuals. Audrey has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Magazine Journalism and a Professional Degree in European Foreign Correspondence. Her professional development courses include Intro to Marketing and Management Accounting at UC Berkeley.
